The perimeters of square region S and rectangular region R are equal. If the sides of R are in the ratio 2:3, what is the ratio of the area of region R to the area of region S?
25:16
24: 25
5:6
4:5
4:9

Easiest way : Pick numbers...since ratio of Rect given, it can then be easier to find the side of Sq. Hence we pick numbers as per the ratio.......
(Note --- Dont pick the numbers otherway round...i.e. using the side to Sq then assuming l & b of the rect as then you might bump into uneven ratio problem :(.....)
l/b = 2/3 .....4/6
Now 4s = 2 (l+b) Hence s = 5.
Now Area(R)/Area(S ) = 6*4/5^2
Ans :B
